Shipping fees are based on relation to your order' total weight.  For example, rates are lower on a single bottle item than would be for a 10lb weight gainer.  However, we've done our best to make sure your rates are kept low. 

Orders placed before 10am EST are shipped same day in most instances.  However, orders of small weight values are typically shipped within 48hrs of order placement. 

We reserve the right to hold orders to best serve our interest in keeping the cost of shipping within the rate the customer paid along with their orders.  We may do the same in the instance that the billing and shipping address are different and customer confirmation may be required. This may result in an order being held for an additional day. 

Flat-Rate shipping rates apply only to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska will have USPS Priority rates applied.  You can determine those rates in your cart by inputting your zip code in the lower left hand of the screen without having to create an account.

Orders typically ship via UPS Ground and are delivered within 1-2 days of the shipment date.  Tracking codes for UPS will be applied.  In the interest of time, we may not apply USPS tracking codes as they're more a deliver confirmation than a way to track an orders progress.
