Directions
Mix 2 scoops, (11.5 grams) with 16 ounces of water. Because of the natural resistance of BCAA amino acids to go into liquid solution some settling on both the top and bottom may be noticeable. For Maximum Results, Consume the Following: Pre-Workout: <150 pounds = 2 scoops, 150-200 = 3 scoops, 200+ pounds = 4 scoops. Post-Workout: 2 scoops immediately after workout. |
