Directions For Biotest Fahrenheit: Take one to three capsules in the morning prior to breakfast and one to three capsules six hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. If you haven't used this supplement previously, begin by taking one capsule twice the first day then increase the dose to tolerance. Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period.
